Integrity is a code of ethics for trainers, trainees, and all employees. It provides principles and standards that guide their behavior. Key aspects of integrity include:
– Preventing cheating during assessments
– Avoiding plagiarism in assignments or research
– Prohibiting the submission of projects not produced by the trainee
– Resisting manipulation of results
– Avoiding bias and favoritism
– Preventing document forgery or legal circumvention
Any action that violates others’ rights or involves misleading information or unoriginal work is considered a breach of integrity.
Forms of Integrity Violations
- Identity Misrepresentation:
Using false information or submitting incorrect personal data during registration, login, testing, or any type of assigned task. - Cheating:
Copying answers or assignments from others, whether during exams or other assigned activities. - Fabrication and Forgery:
Submitting misleading or unoriginal work, such as producing unauthorized research or assignments, using falsified medical certificates, or reusing others’ work without proper attribution. - Intellectual Property Theft / Plagiarism:
Using the words, ideas, or information of others without correct citation, permission, or acknowledgment. - Misuse of Collaboration:
Relying on another trainee in a group assignment to complete the work, or using another trainee to complete individual tasks.
Procedures and Penalties for Violations

– Temporary account suspension and denial of platform services
– Cancellation of test results or program/course in case of cheating
– Freezing the account and suspending all achievements and certificates
– Preparing a detailed report of the incident with attached evidence, if available
– Maintaining confidentiality of the case
– Notifying the trainee of the disciplinary action before execution
